On May 6, the Student Veterans of UCSF welcomed veterans, military-affiliated, and allies to their Spring Social at the Faculty Alumni House at Parnassus. Besides enjoying conversation and delicious mediterranean food, the 32 attendees heard presentations from Gurpreet Dhaliwal, MD, of the SF Veterans Administration Medical Center, Peggy Knudson, MD, of Zuckerberg San Francisco General, and Stephen Evans, an Army veteran.
